I am an in-network preferred provider with the following insurance companies, but will be out of network with all insurance companies as of January 1, 2022 and after. 
  • Premera Blue Cross
  • Some Blue Card Networks - You are responsible for determining your benefits & in/out of network status
Prior to our first meeting, please become familiar with your own insurance plan benefits as to how it covers psychological services in- or out-of-network, and ask your network representative which company is the behavioral health benefits administrator (See the FAQ page for more details). Please be sure to bring your insurance membership card to our first session as well as a form of payment for copay/coinsurance or deductible.

If you do not see your insurance provider listed above, or if you are reading this after January 1, 2022, I will be happy to work with you as an out-of-network provider. I am not seeking participation in additional networks or single case agreements. 

PLEASE NOTE! It has been brought to my attention that despite my efforts to clearly communicate my network status, members with some BLUE CROSS cards may *incorrectly* see me listed as in-network, as behavioral health claims may be processed by Regence of Washington and I am *out of network* with Regence. I am working urgently to ensure that I am accurately represented in their network databases to avoid any further confusion.
