You can do this.

I’ll Sit With You Through It.

Are stuck thoughts and actions getting in the way?

If it seems like automatic thoughts are bossing you or your loved one around, you aren’t alone. Negative self-talk, worry, intrusive thoughts, and behavioral urges can make our lives, families, and personal or professional relationships difficult.

Have you or your loved one ever felt stuck on any thoughts like this:

"I have to / I can’t do it just right…”

“I shouldn’t…”

"What if…?”

"I am / This is pointless…”

If these sound familiar, it's not your fault! Our brains react faster than we can consciously think. But there’s good news: we don’t have to be stuck with this self-talk, and we can develop a new script and active responses. By identifying the problem (not a problem-person), setting goals, recognizing "triggers" and associated feelings, and learning how to choose a response that is authentic and healthy, we can clarify and change our actions, thoughts, and feelings.

Ready to “boss-back” these thoughts and untangle conflicts together? Let’s get started.

Let’s go for it!
